Hey Scott,

Can you include a reference of the study (or studies) for the “No BS on self-affirmations” section? Your description was a little ambiguous to me, so I’d like to read the abstracts and/or articles. (Nothing relevant appeared on a PubMed search for self-affirmations.)

I use an app called Mental Case (macflashcards.com) to sharpen my vocabulary; I believe it has built-in support for Flashcard Exchange.
